Can I design my own floral gift with chosen colours or flowers?
Occasion, colours, style, types of flowers and price are elements to consider when creating your personal gift. You can speak in person to one of our florists who will be happy to discuss your exact requirements. We will be able to advise on seasonal availability of flowers and possible colours.
What will be in my floral design?
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers we may have to substitute stems from those shown on the website. If this is necessary our skilled florists will substitute with flowers similar in style colour and value. Where a design includes a sundry item such a container it may not always be possible to include the exact item. Where we have to substitute we will use a suitable alternative.
What are finishing touches?
Depending on what you have ordered and the occasion you will have the option to add an extra gift to your order – balloons, teddies, cupcakes, chocolates and soaps. Carefully packaged and gift-wrapped, they will be delivered with your flower order.
Can I order by phone?
Of course! If you would like to discuss your order personally or are not sure what you might want or need advice just pick up the phone. We are open 9.00am-5.00pm Monday – Saturday. Please ring 01303 252626.

Yes if you are over the age of 18! Essential information we require – the full name, address and phone no of the recipient, don’t forget your message and your name so the recipient knows who sent the flowers. If it is a funeral order we need to know the name of the deceased, the funeral directors to deliver to and the time of the funeral.

We do not deliver on Sundays (except Mother’s Day or when Valentine’s Day or Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday) or bank holidays. We can usually deliver same day if you order by 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the next working day.
How will my flowers be delivered?
Your order will be personally delivered by us within the Folkestone UK area in our sign-written van or if it outside our delivery area it will be delivered by the nearest Interflora member. We ask the recipient to sign our delivery sheet as proof of delivery. In the case of businesses or organisations where there is a reception the person authorised to accept deliveries may sign on the recipient’s behalf for proof of delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is attempted?
If no-one is at home when we attempt delivery, your gift will either be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the recipient’s address. Otherwise your gift will be returned to the shop. Whatever happens we will leave a calling card for the recipient to advise them of the action taken. Then if we have taken the delivery back to the shop the recipient can ring us to re-arrange a delivery time. If there are any problems will will contact you by phone or email to let you know.
